WHO WE ARE
Leaving our mark with communities that thrive.

ABOUT CHALKMARK

ChalkMark Residential was built from the belief that real estate is about so much more than just a house. It’s the atmosphere and engagement of a community that makes a house a home. The new home industry is where an opportunity truly lies to create those spaces and places that draw people in.

Our founder, Alessandra realized early in her real estate career that new homes and communities were her true passion. She decided to take that love and a natural talent for innovative marketing and design to create a new niche in an age-old industry.

ChalkMark offers a unique blend of strategic home and community design, comprehensive marketing strategy and management, and licensed REALTOR® services. Traditional home builders and community developers now have an advantage that will help them create homes and neighbourhoods where people love to live.
