Innovative Housing Strategy
We worked closely with the team at Bedrock to introduce a new housing typology to the City of Leduc. Our 18ft wide fee simple townhomes offer a modern and efficient living space, catering to the ever changing needs of homeowners. From conceptualization to development, market research, and strategic lobbying at council meetings, we were deeply involved in every aspect of this project. We’re thrilled to announce that our efforts culminated in the successful approval of the project, paving the way for more accessible and diverse housing options in our community.
